BURGERS ON THE GRILL

What you need

  • 4 ground beef/turkey/chicken patties
  • 1-2 large onions sliced into rings
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 burger buns
  • ½ cup Wing It® Honey BBQ or Teriyaki sauce

How to make

Sauté onions in olive oil until soft but not brown, about 7-8 minutes. Add Wing It® Honey BBQ or Teriyaki sauce until heated through and set aside (you can prepare the sauce ahead of time and heat it up right before assembling the burgers). While the sauce is cooking, sprinkle salt and pepper on the burgers and grill to taste. Toast the buns.

To assemble, place the burger on the bottom half of the bun, add a tablespoon or two of the sauce and cover with the bun top. Enjoy! Variation: use 8 mini burgers and 8 mini buns for appetizer sliders.
